DESCRIPTION:Request for Qualification: Shared Grant Writer \nNortheast Oregon Economic Development District (NEOEDD) is seeking one or more contractors to serve as a Shared Grant Writer to extend NEOEDD’s capacity to help communities secure funding for community infrastructure.
