Learn how to develop a cash flow projection for your business based on the number of units of products or services that you sell on a monthly basis. In order to get the most out of this workshop, please identify a typical sale (or unit) for your business, the price you sell it for and what it cost you to deliver that product or service. We’ll use this information to build a cash flow projection for your business. A unit might consist of the average sale at a retail shop, an hour of time if you are a contractor or service provider, a typical sale at a restaurant such as a meal and beverage for two people.
