CO.STARTERS CORE – a free, ten-session program that encourages working collaboratively with peers to help you validate your business ideas, uncover flaws in your concept, and apply business basics to your idea or venture.

CO.STARTERS Bootcamp – a free, abbreviated version of the CORE program. During the Bootcamp, you work collaboratively with peers to help you explore your business ideas, learn how to talk to potential customers, and apply business basics to your idea or venture.

Business Foundations – a free, six-session workshop series to help entrepreneurs/small-business owners build the basis for a successful business, including identifying the costs of the product or service you are selling, marketing plan, sales projections, and developing a business plan. The next sessions of Business Foundations will be held in Baker City, La Grande and Enterprise in March and April 2026.

Journey to Equity – a two-session workshop for businesses owners and managers who want to take steps to demonstrate their commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity and be able to communicate progress to community members, customers and employees.
